Collaborative Distance Energy Healing Sessions

While virtual sessions differ from in-person work, there can be many benefits and similarities. As a Certified Master Practitioner with Healing From the Core, I have completed extensive training and mentorship in distance healing work. In these collaborative distance energy healing sessions, I include all that I have learned in practice for over 30 years and my advanced skills in CranioSacral Therapy. In these sessions, we can work together on any issue that you may want to address during an in-person session.

This type of appointment can be a good fit for you if:

  • You do not live locally to me

  • You are feeling sick or too unwell to come in 

  • You are traveling

  • You do not feel safe receiving in-person treatment e.g. in a global pandemic!

WHAT A SESSION IS LIKE
 

These appointments are conducted over the phone for 55 minutes. We work together in clarifying how to provide the best opportunity for supporting change in your system physically and acknowledge the role of any emotional connections to the health issue you are dealing with. Sitting in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the ground is a good way of positioning yourself. If that position does not work for you then lying down with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor or bed works well. You may like to use earbuds or speakerphone. 

 

Once you are settled and comfortable, we will check-in together and I will support and guide you to drop into your body with a guided exploration intended to help you to become aware of your internal sensations.  Paying attention to your internal sensations, such as whether an area feels hot, cold, light, heavy, aching, etc, is one of the core elements of these sessions. At times I will offer "energetic hands" wherever you would like them to support you in your session. As we gently hold our attention in particular places in your body, it can facilitate an understanding of your pattern of discomfort. Often the discomfort releases or changes in some way. Holding your attention like this can also allow any information held there to spontaneously arise. Although there may be periods of quiet between us during the session, I will be continuing to track changes, checking in with you regularly. I will assist you by guiding you with questions to help you to navigate your way to your own unique solutions, with the intention of making sure you feel empowered at the end of every session.
