Your Holiday Pandemic Fatigue Support

As we celebrate the American Holiday of Thanksgiving, it’s the time of year when I like to thank all of you who read my newsletter, blog, and social media channels. Some of you are or have been clients and I have daily gratitude for your trust in working with me. Each person brings his or her unique special ways of inspiring me. I feel very fortunate to have a career that I still find excitement and joy in every day even after 30 years.

This year I have had the pleasure of working with an amazing group online. For nine months, we got to experience how group support enhanced the creation of intentions. This work facilitated many changes for everyone in the group. I am very excited to continue offering this group format at the beginning of next year in the Collaborative Intention Group.

All of us have experienced more changes than usual with the worldwide pandemic. Even though some have been for the better (and many not!), these changes take work and energy. I want to share some resources that I have found to be helpful in navigating all the adaptions in the hopes that these resources may also support you.

I am calling it “Holiday Pandemic Fatigue Support”!

Release and Renewal New Year Retreat

I have been attending this retreat for many years and found it to be the perfect way of beginning a new year. My friends and mentors, Suzanne Scurlock and Joel Ying, are leading the live course online on January 7-9, 2022, from 1-5 pm Eastern.

Suzanne and Joel will expertly guide you through special embodiment practices and live storytelling that renews your connection to your own spirit. They will teach you how to use your creative imagination to lay out the practical steps and identify the support you need to bring your desires into reality. You can find out more information here.

Self Havening Classes

I use Self Havening regularly for myself and found it to be a great way to help calm me down in a moment of stress, anger, or anxiety. This video will give you a wonderful way to use the technique right away for yourself. You can find out more about this practice on the Havening website.

Book

My dear friend, Scarlett Lewis, just published a new book, From Sandy Hook to the World: How the Choose Love Movement Transforms Lives. The book explores how Scarlett started the global nonprofit Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement after losing her 6-year-old son, Jesse, in the Sandy Hook tragedy. She shares stories of how the Choose Love programs have transformed educators, students, parents, communities, and workplaces. The movement helps us to cultivate the idea that you can replace an angry thought with a loving one and to thoughtfully respond with love in any situation. You can pick up your copy on Amazon today and help support her incredible Foundation and her work.
